• Handmade to last, using traditional methods and skills, edges are dyed and burnished by hand.
• Made from organic veg tanned Swedish leather. Established since 1873, Tarnsjo Garveri are amongst 5% of tanneries in the world using traditional vegetable tanning to produce their leather. The tannery is located in a forest on the banks of the Tärnsjön lake in Sweden and uses hides from local Swedish farms to produce superior quality leather.
• Tarnsjo are committed to responsible, sustainable manufacture, and to minimising the environmental impact of the tanning process. Each hide can be traced back to the farm it was sourced from and each process it goes through is certified to be fully organic.
