Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Barnes and Moore, but in the event you should wish to return your items (S) please contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange or refund. It is important to contact us via email prior to shipping goods, as all refunds/exchanges are subject to approval. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Goods must returned unworn in their original unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. All shipping costs incurred for returning purchased items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs paid at the time of order. In the case of returning a ‘free shipping’ order, the shipping cost of sending the item to you will be deducted from the purchase amount .
Warranty & Exchanges
Barnes and Moore products are hand made to stringent high standards, however, in the unlikely event that your item should prove to be faulty within 12 months of purchase, please return it to us and we will repair or exchange it free of charge or offer a credit note for the purchased value of the goods. This policy covers goods that are deemed faulty due to manufacturing or material error, and does not cover normal wear and tear or use of the product for any purpose other than for which is was intended. It is important to contact us via email prior to shipping goods, as all refunds/exchanges are subject to approval. Wrong size or colour?
If your purchased item should be the wrong size or colour please return it to us and we will happily exchange it. International Customers – Please Note:
We ship our products around the globe, and we are happy to offer our international customers the same warranties as stated above. International returns are subject to the following clause:
If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please mark the parcel with the statement ‘Unsuitable goods – returned for exchange’. The relevant ‘goods for exchange’ box must also be ticked/stated on your country’s customs label. If you fail to do this, the parcel will incur taxes and duties which must be paid prior to the item being released to us. If this situation should arise we will request that the sender pay any relevant fees/duties prior to accepting the returned item into our care. We would recommend contacting your chosen courier/postal service for advice prior to shipping to the UK as we reserve the right to refuse delivery of items with duties/fees owing. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs paid at the time of order.
