  • Premium, heavy duty dog lead, traditionally crafted to a standard to do justice to your faithful hound
  • Handmade from heavy quality 5mm Oak Bark tanned leather with Horween horsehide lined handle, which is padded for comfort.
  • Oak bark tanned leather from the famous J & FJ Baker’s tannery in Devon, England. Reputed to be one of the best quality leathers in the world. Each piece of leather takes over 12 months to produce and is highly labour intensive, which is why there are only a handful of tanneries in the world who still produce leather this way.   • This leather is high quality full grain hide, meaning it may show some natural marking.
  • It is naturally a firm leather, which becomes softer and more supple with use.
  • We only use the premium ‘butt’ of the hide for its strength, and also to prevent our dog leads from stretching.
  • Length of lead from tip to tip is 130cm ( 51”)
  • Each lead is ethically handmade in our own workshop.
  • Solid brass, nickel plated handle swivel and collar spring clip.
